I have been training for 3-4 years now and just recently had a baby so getting back into the swing of things.
I first started training because i always knew how strong i was and one day i was messing about on my brothers chin-up bar and discovered i could do chin-ups which got me determined to do something with my strength.
I first started training for strength then started bodybuilding and taking supplements - getting into the swing of things i was progressing fast. My love for training grew and i started looking into nutrition and training routines more discovering new things. I went more into bodyweight training and rock climbing and my bodyweight to power increased drastically. I am now a healthy vegan and don't take supplements after researching the ingredients etc. Edging my way back into training slowly after having a c-section and really enjoying it
Still researching new, different types of natural food and training routines/exercises with the help of a supportive personal trainer boyfriend looking to get into wrestling once i get my body back to how i would like it strength and fitness wise.
Hey you, been a long time. A lot has happened, and a lot has changed for the better!! The company went through some changes, and now Fame is much better for it. I still want to have you compete, now that Fame is back and better than ever.
Here is the response I got: London, Germany, Australia and Capetown in 2014. (Plenty of time to train). 2013: India, Halifax, California, Cleveland, Toronto and Manitoba. With the company really branching out of Canada, working into America, and slowly going worldwide, this is a good opportunity to be on the ground floor. They want to really get a big investor or public figure to help advertise, and spread the word for the show in london next year. So with that in mind, the guy I keep in touch with, Michael Ryan, VP of Sales and Marketing, I mentioned him about you and definitely would for youto participate once the show gets out there and to help sprad the word about Fitness Star. m going to connect with some people in the UK and hopefully get this on track now while their is still plenty of time!
