Fitness Ambassadors Mastering Empowerment
Bodybuilding has not received any gifts yet
Bodybuilding is a lifestyle, a culture and a sport. At any age & regardless of past athletic ability, we can all become bodybuilders. It's about BUILDING the BODY.
The event stage acts as incentive to help you stay accountable to your goals while also immersing yourself in the spirit of camaraderie and self-improvement.
Better health, more happiness, improved confidence, increased knowledge about ourselves, and, even feeling bodyproud in new and exciting ways. Often, bodybuilders become role models for those who watched them transform and triumph: becoming the stimulas that inspires loved ones, friends and fans to start on their own bodyproud journey. Truly Empowering.
Individuals of all ages, newcomers to PROS, are invited to hit the stage as a bodybuilder. Individuals also have the opportunity to advance up Tier System in an effort to earn the highest possible ranks as a BodyPROUD Ambassador that equates to life-changing finances, recognition, trips and rewards.
Scouts are looking for defined, well developed musculature; balance among muscle groups; good posture; great posing, a defined lean physique with symmetrical upper and lower body development, and outstanding stage presence. Individuals are assessed on their body symmetry, posing presentation, and routine performance.
Muscle separation, visible ab development, hard conditioning and significant muscular development is expected. Conditioning, dryness, presentation, audience connection and muscular development are also important elements and are considered as part of the overall package.
NOTE: For those who enjoy stage time, consider the Muscle Model Search, a wonderful complement to Bodybuilding. It allows athletes to showcase their physique in a different manner and to also reveal another aspect of their personality and/or personal flair. For those female athletes who want a more feminine alternative, where you don't have to pack on as much mass as a bodybuilder, consider Figure.
