STEP 1: Submit your information and Contribute to the Drug Testing Fund:

** Contestants Only (and Those Who Wish to Sponsor a Contestant) 

- As this is a platform for natural athletes, it follows the rules and regulations set out by the World Natural Sports Organization, WNSO.  As such all athletes must contribute to the overall fund to allow such measures to be carried out.  In paying the drug testing fee, WNSO now has on record each athlete's word that he/she is natural and on an even-playing field. Drug testing consists of a Physique Screening during any and all of the Rounds of Competition, score sheets reflective of a natural physique, as well as random or selected urine testing of winners and competitors. The Early-Bird cost per athlete per event is only $30. (This rate may change after Jan 31st.)

Selecting this option secures you your spot within this event.  Being that it is a full-fledged TV show complete with interviews and radio spots this event is a great one to build your brand and add excitement to your contest experience.  In addition, with backing from the actual city of Cobourg, this event offers athletes a unique sense of support and camaraderie. Finally, this event provides you an opportunity to perform in front of 1. FAME Media Group Inc's Jeffrey Kippel and Mindy Blackstien who are scouting for someone to become the next "BodyPROUD Ambassador" and win a Life Changing Endorsement Contract, and 2. Steven Argintaru, the senior producer of SportsCentre, the most comprehensive sports news program in Canada which features highlights, scores, exclusive interviews and information from across the country and around the world.

1. Complete your Exercise // Nutrition // Sleep // Vitamins // Attitude health profile. This gets you FREE guidance, resources, information, recipes and online assistance as you take action towards your goals.
   
   
2. Track your Goals, Attitude, Nutrition and Training successes within the Truestar Health Network. This is to help you stay accountable to your physique goals, while also benefiting your overall health and happiness.
   
   
3. Activate your profile in the BodyPROUD Community. This is your portfolio for others to see and become inspired by your blog outlining your transformation and progress. This is also the place to share your story with the masses and get additional support. Be sure to mention the products, services, and people that you believe have helped you.
   
   
4. Share your 3 AHAs or Life Changing Experiences or Perceptions within the BodyPROUD Community's Empowerment Forum
   
   
5. Take pride in what you are doing and share your journey on Facebook and Twitter, as well as on your personal website.  Upload your progress photos, the show information and main poster, and your reasons for doing this.

STEP 4:  Get Yourself in front of Scouts and Sponsors:

1. Compete in this Event and participate in the "I AM BodyPROUD" Showcase!
